It's sad to hear stories like this.I agree that some people are not fit to have animals..or children...with the lack of care they tend to not give them
One thing thou..even though there was a lack of care to this poor baby, at least he felt some compassion to have her looked at for her injury, maybe this will open him up on better treatment for his pet. I hope so at least. Some people do not view having a dog as anything special to them it is just an animal, nothing special at all
