If you have an ORECK near you i suggest getting the product called No return. I was very skeptical as i never found anything to work. But i tried it it lifts the stain out even if its been there FOREVER. No stain will be left, no odor will be left....and... the best part they wont go their again.... hence the name..NO RETURN. I buy it all the time now as it has saved my carpet!
