Ooh plucking her hair, no I haven't. I think they have a ear removal powder, I know they sell it at stores like petsmart. It removes the hair from inside the ear, to help it keep clean! I might try that.. I don't think Cookie would let me pluck her hair haha. I know what you mean, every time I look down Cookie is frantically scratching her ears like there's no tomorrow. Poor babies! After I use up the drops the vet gave me, I'm probably going to invest in some hair-removal powder, and a good cleaner. I just don't really know how to keep her ears DRY after baths. I try to take a soft paper towel and put my pinkie in it and gently rub in her ear, but I'm not sure if that does any good.
