The Ivermectin used is the liquid injectable form but it will be given orally and not injected. You do not use the white paste Ivermectin that is used for worming horses.
If you call Revival Animal or one of the other online vet/pet sites that sells the fish antibiotics, see if they can send you a printout/conversion sheet that gives you mixing directions and dosage for dogs and cats.
