Not a problem. It's clear you need some help and I wish I could offer some. We have an attached garage and I put pads in the garage for bad weather and night time. I don't like sitting outside, even with lights, at night, when the mosquitoes are biting or in the winter when it's cold. I trained Muffin to go out there at night and in bad weather. She had no problem. Kacee is well-trained now to using them in the garage, too. Whenever they go to the door, I just say let's go into the garage and they know what I'm saying. The door to the patio and the door to the garage are in adjoining rooms. I do keep some pads in the house in case we can't make it to the door. Muffin could hold it, but Kacee can't always and maybe once or twice a week Kacee will have to use the pads.
If you'll use the search feature, there have been numerous threads on pad training. Good luck.
