Those kinds of meds will make the hair around the ear veeery greasy.
As long as you think you are getting it in at first, it is okay even if the outside is wet later.
Ellie's fur gets very greasy when we use those kinds of meds also.
If you are doing it exactly how the vet showed you, I wouldn't worry.
