Question Hardwood floor vacuum??

We installed bamboo flooring in our new home. The stain is super dark (and gorgeous!!!!), but it requires me to dust/sweep it every other day. I don't mind it as I constantly tidy up, but when I use a swiffer, it really just pushes the dust and little dirt particles around and into the grooves between the planks.

I would love to get a little lightweight vacuum specifically for wood floors. I want something that will be careful as far as the wheels not scratching the floor, the ability to work right up next to our baseboards (without scratching them or leave black marks b/c they are white), etc.

I don't need any type of wet vac. We will continue to use the Bruce floor cleaner spray with the swiffer for that.

Any recommendations? Of course, the more affordable the better!
