Biewers, Partis and Yorkies all have the same 'standard' in regards to weight--up to 7 pounds. One variation is not neccessarily "smaller" than the other--the size depends on the genetic background of the dogs the breeder is using to produce offspring. All three can be "up to 14 pounds" or as small as "5 lbs grown."
