I had the same thing happen to me the other day! Your new phone is cute! Does it have a touch screen?
I have the mogul PDA phone and the screen all of a sudden stopped working. They said they couldn't fix it but my husband refused to listen
so they took it apart again and were able to magically fix it all of a sudden
they scraped the tiny bit of stuff off and it started working! Thank God!
