haha I wondered the same thing. I had mine forever before I was finally willing to go through having them taken out. I had all four and they were impacted or whatever. They would only hurt once in awhile, but when they started up there was nothing I could do to get rid of the pain.
I can tell you though, it's definitely a relief not having them.
