All dogs have the potential to be dangerous....

I have very small Yorkies.... and my room mate has a 90 lb Pitbull. In the "heat of battle", the Yorkies would outrank the Pitt on the "mean-o-meter" any day of the week! haha...

I wouldn't single out someone specifically because they were looking for a Pitt/Yorkie combo - - - but people do need to be responsible in the way they handle ANY large/small housemates.

The ignorance is not so much conceived in the choices people make... it stems from being ill informed and simple negligence in the way their animals are handled.
