For those of you who know I rescued a yorkie last week. The previous owner let it eat cheeseburgers and chicken nuggets 2 times a day for the past year. Well, when I seen the ad in the paper I had to have him, hes way more than I had expected. Anyway, I took him to the vet today and other than his weight which is 17 lbs. 4 oz. he has no real health problems. All of his blood work came back great. I am thrilled with this news. The vet gave me a diet pill for Winston and told me to bring him back next month for a check up and to see if hes losing some weight. Funny thing the woman said she couldn't get him to eat dog food and I've only had him for 6 days and he whines for it when I take it up from him. Sad...sad....sad...
