I have put it in a baggie and used hot tap water to thaw it out or just warm it up a bit. I've also put it in the microwave for 10 seconds to take the chill out of it. Mine won't eat cold food, so we have to warm it up a bit. Just make sure you don't cook it. That defeats feeding raw.
