Please try and do all you can to not have Jack go back - poor baby...
I don't know of any groomers, but as far as nails go, you can trim a tiny, tiny bit every 2 weeks, this will help the quick to start to retreat on it's own. After some time, you won't have to do it that often maybe evry 3 to 4 weeks.
