Yorkieusa, thanks for being so concerned. I thought about training him to go outside, but the weather in the winter in NY is unbearable for humans, just think a poor little yorkie. Everytime I opened the front door last winter, Prince would run into the room because it was so cold. He even has snowsuits and boots, but they don't keep him warm enough.
