Do any of you trim the hair on top of their head just long enough to put bands in? I was so happy when his hair started to grow out and I would put a scrunchy in during the day to get it out of his eyes and I thought it looked cute. But NOW even though he still has some stragglies from when I cut his bangs the hair on top of his head has to be 5 inches long! When I put it up the hair in the band flips into his eyes.
So do you cut it so it's short in the band or do we have to really learn how to do topknots the right way with 3 bands?
Or does it just need to grow more so that it hangs down the back instead of the front? Jeez am I making any sense?
I'd appreciate ANY tips you guys have. I should just do a puppy cut since I'm becoming WAY to obsessed with his hair!
