You did the right thing! It is your right, and responsibility to make sure that the pups go to good homes. No matter how much that woman begs, or makes you feel sorry for her and her little girl......it doesn't mean they would be a good home!! The fact that they have no money to purchase the dog, tells you that they shouldn't have one!!
