I think you need a good shampoo & conditioner. If Pippen has dry skin it's not just the conditioner. You need something good with oatmeal or high grade ingredients.

This shampoo and conditioner is great for skin issues and will help improve the coat Nu Sal-T shampoo NuSal-T Shampoo (8 oz)
and Relief Creme Rinse Relief Creme Rinse - 8 oz
