I would not get this vaccine, nor would I support a facility that uses tactics that are not for the benefit of their PATIENTS. I'm really sorry you're having to go through this, how awful. |
I agree. It is unusual to have a reaction to lepto with the first vaccine. It is normally the second, sometimes the third, vaccination that causes the reaction. If he had a reaction to the first shot, the next shot could kill him.
I would find a new vet and not just for the spay/neuter.
