I'm sorry, I don't really have much to add to the thread but I just want to say

When I saw the subject I was worried about what I'd see when I opened it, but I'm pleasantly surprised! I usually don't reply on breeding threads, but I just wanted to point that out!
Oh and maybe I can add a little something
For resizing pictures... do you have even an image program like Paint? Just open the picture, and under Image there is Stretch/Skew, and then under stretch it gives a percentage... so say if you want it down to 50% of it's original size just put 50 horizontal and 50 vertical and then save it again
