I don't know who the owner is. But it's a community pet care place.
They have a few different doctors there.

I just called and cancelled my appt for Augie for monday. They didn't mention it to me when I set up the appointment.

They said it's an optional vaccine, but if the dog needs surgery/anesethia (sp?) Lepto is required.

I don't know. I think I'm going to take them to a different vet, especially for the spay/neuter. But they have 1 doctor there that is great. Too bad he doesn't get to set the rules.
