Are they planning on filliing it in? There are many homes in the country here in KY that used to use cisterns (and some probably still do) so I know what you are talking about....... and some of them are pretty big! (and by the looks of the pics....yours is one of them )
By the way, I am SURE that you have heard this before, but Bre looks EXACTLY like you!
