I'm afraid YorkieRose is right. The chances of her surviving without your constant care are very slim. Luckily she has you and has a great chance.

I think that your vet may not be used to dealing with Yorkies this small. His advice to wait until she is hungry is deadly advice. I would bet the farm that she has a liver problem which is why she is not wanting to eat and why she is small. Many times this does not show up in a blood test. You will have to get a BAT test (very cheap) for that and that will have to wait until she is bigger. Liver disease in Yorkies is extremely common and managable so don't worry.

Until then, just get some nutrition down her. Use the Rebound and syringe it if you have to. You can mix the Rebound and a/d together and use the syringe. Feed her a little every few hours. I did that for awhile with Lily alternating between that and the recipe mix. The Rebound has 100% of the nutrients that she needs and will hopefully get her through this rough period.
