I went with her to the emergency vet, they ruled out parvo but really don't know whats up with her. There is no way that she ate anything she shouldn't so my sister opted out of x-rays for that. The vet said that the pepto would usually make a dog vomit more so we are hoping thats why she continued to vomit. She is home now, and being watched very closely. The vet gave her some fluids and she hasn't thrown up in a while so hopefully whatever it was is passed. I'll update in the morning as to how she is doing.
