My babies also leave with a limited registration. You know, all we hear is find a reputable breeder, make sure you find a breeder that is someone you can trust, breeder, breeder, breeder and that is good.... well it goes the other way also. I have actually turned people away before and I basically tell them that a yorkie is probably not the dog for them.
I had a person at my house to see the puppies once and in the 2 hours they were there, he asked about the housebreaking more than 10 times. I started to wonder what would happen to my baby in his house if it peed on the rug. That's all I could think about and told them they should sleep on the decision because maybe a yorkie wasn't for them. I would rather they stay with me, than go just to get the money. I always figure my puppies already have a good home and if need be, they stay right here.
Oh and regarding the housebreaking, I tell people that it takes time and work and you get out of it what you put into it. It doesn't just magically happen.
