Pebbles has been free fed since we brought her home at 6 months last year. She always has had a food aggression problem and still does. When we brought Doodlebug home at the end of June I was worried she would be aggressive with the new puppy. She actually suprised me when she wasn't but she turned into a piggy. I would put down Doodles' food and she would gobble it up and Doodles would be looking at an empty bowl. This went on for about a week until Pebbles got sick from eating too much. Now she has learned her lesson and they actually SHARE a bowl for food and water.
I'm not sure what I'm going to do since Pebbles really needs to switch from puppy food to doggy food sooner than later.
I guess wanted I want to say is if my two worked it out maybe there is hope????
