i got pebbles at 8 weeks... she was perfectly healthy and fine and adjusted well. she was an only child in the litter so I dont think she would have done better if she stayed with her parents... ususally 8-12 weeks is socialization time but she had no littermates to learn from really
I did socialization myself by taking her to visit my friends dogs, etc.
I got bam bam at 12 weeks and had a harder time with him becuase he was so little.. i definetly coudlnt have handled him at 8 weeks though
