At that age, I'd probably take her to the vet. As a general rule, I would never transition a new puppy's food for at least 2 weeks - to make sure they are settled and healthy. Puppies go through such stress entering a new home - that introducing a new food can really be dangerous for them (in my opinion). The system most affected by stress is the digestive system, really. This is a *very* young, vulnerable puppy.
