Did she start a new food, get into something, eat part of a toy, eat human food, a treat - anything like that? How old is she?
Are her gums white or are they pink? Don't withhold water, but I wouldn't let her drink a whole bunch right away. You could also give a 1/2 tsp. of Pepto. And give a saltine cracker to settle some juices.
