Thanks so much. Your posts have been so helpful. Tobi wasn't wearing his harness or t-shirts all the time, but even after a short walk he would be matted. The collar is no longer on all the time and I found a round leather one as someone had suggested. I found a place that has the Cowboy Magic stuff AND he has an appointment to get cut shorter tomorrow! The groomer said we can just cut his puppy coat off, or we will at least try. If all of this doesn't work I am not sure what I am going to do! I am pretty hopeful though.
