My little Quinn use to do the same thing...he is almost 4lbs and he will be two this month..... he would wake me up every night around 3am or so and within the past few months he has stopped and is sleeping till 6:00am..I contributed it to his size because he would pee everytime I let him out then run back upstairs to go to bed.... and I tried letting him out later at night to see if it helped and it didn't..he just sort of out grew it recently..
and I know it is like having a newborn....
