Very normal.. she's a puppy
and as you can tell from your nighttime pees.... she can't hold it very long because her bladder is SO tiny. But you are doing the right thing by taking it up at 7 and she will continue to go during the night for a bit still.. Layla was 8 months before we weren't getting up... although from about 6 months it was only once a night. I'm still up at 3 am every night (even though she is SOUND asleep...)must be an internal clock thing!
