Roxy's bone structure was also deformed (her back legs have a slight curvature) - which makes surgery to correct the LP a little tricky, which only confirms to me that LP should be done by a Board Cert Ortho Specialist, b/c you never know the 'real' damage until they go inside, and it's best to have someone experienced to handle the unexpected
