I took Baxter to the local vet who also has a groomer and they shaved him down to about a 1/4 inch. But he was in a terrible mess because he had been neutered and had his dew claws removed and I wouldn't brush him because he was already miserable. It was shocking when I picked him up but he has only had to be bathed once every two weeks or so since then. And he doesn't care what he looks like. |
