The stomach doesn't hold the contents that long, how could they purge food from 2 weeks ago? The stomach empties into the large intestine within hours. Are you suggesting that the dog is vomiting the contents of the large intestine? It's much more likely that the food given yesterday didn't agree with the dog for whatever reason.
