 Cali is sick
I just came home after being gone for a few hours and went into the bathroom and there was a little puddle of mucous with blood. There also was some on the carpet. So I checked all their buts and it was from Cali. I called the vet because my dtr's Bff puppy they adopted a month or so ago had parvo and her friend was here the other night and the dogs were by her flip flops before I came home. The vet said that since she wasn't throwing up and having a lot of diahrrea that it was ,most likely not Parvo. She said I could bring in a stool sample to check for bacteria or bring her in. I don't have a stool sample and I gave her one of her's and Maya's pills for their colitis. I am hoping she is just having a bout of that, which she hasn't had in a long time. So I am going to wait and see if she goes again I will bring in a sample or if she gets worse I will take her in. Please keep her in your prayers. Cali is my sickly one. |
