I totally agree with you. She should be charged for leaving him behind and for letting his weight get out of control. There are loads of ppl that applied to adopt him so hopefully they'll take care of him and not think its cute for him to be so big. It worries me because he's been in the media alot so they really need to watch where they place him and make sure they get updates on his weight.
