Well Dino had that problem when he was younger. Whenever he would bite me I would scream like if he really hurt me. This didn't stop him at first but now when he goes to bite me he opens his mouth and licks me instead. It really just takes time and they will grow out of it. When he/she start biting stop playing with them for five minutes then resume.
