Well thanks to the lovely advice... I decided to spay my lil Asia... I felt (feel!) horrible for what she's going through but I know that it is what's best for her.

Now.... we just got home from the vet and she HATES the collar... it is driving her crazy and she is trying to PRY it off with her two little paws as if it was something she could easily push off....

I feel so bad for her... she tried to go about her daily routine and wanted to chew on her favorite bone... but couldnt! Because she couldnt hold it with her paws and chew....

She's miserable!

What can I do to make her 14 days less restritive? and painful?

Is there another way to prevent her licking the wound w/o the collar?
