yeah, most vegetable additives are made of soy. How did you come about finding your allergies?

I have been really sick for over 2 years and none of the 13 doctors Ive seen could tell me why. Ive been eliminating things from my diet systematically and have felt much better since I got rid of gluten. I want to ask my main doctor to see if he can order some allergy tests to see if I have any other allergies.
