I guess I don't know what you mean by he doesn't show affection? He's happy to see you, and he likes to sit with you on the couch? He may be biting you to get you to play with him. Have you tried taking him for walks and playing with his toys with him?
Maybe chewing on you is the only way he thinks he can get attention. Yorkies like to play, and not just by themselves all the time.
