You should definitely take them a container of poop bags.
They really should be cleaning it up no matter who's yard it's in. My dogs will sometimes run over and poop in the neighbor's yard where they have big labs and they only clean up their yard like once a week and I still run over there and pick it up. I dunno, it's just what you're supposed to do.
