The chart seems to be a hit or miss in my exprience by a couple ounces. Also note that you may get a throwback and it end up being a much larger baby due to a growth spurt.
Ummm I don't think your reading the chart correctly. If you look at her current weight and project she should be over 6lbs. I would guess closer to the 7lb mark.
