if they are in their eighties.. they may think you wouldnt mind helping them..
are they too old to use a pooper scooper?
give them a nice pooper scooper as a gift..
if they are too old.. i would let it go.. and just clean it up yourself
but do it while they can see you.. see if they say anything..
