I don't know of any places in London, but I recommend getting them groomed at your local vet. My vet has a groomer who comes in on Mondays and Tuesdays, but if your vet doesn't have one, you could look around for a vet that does. After hearing a bunch of grooming horror stories, I was so scared to take my little one to the groomers. But the way I see it is, if the groomer is bad and their clients have a lot of complaints/problems, the vet's office would most likely not allow it anymore. Whereas an independent groomer can continue to do a bad job or be rough with the animals, and no one will try (or have the authority) to correct them. Also, if something were to happen (Heaven forbid), atleast there would be vet help on site. Btw, I've heard too many horror stories about Petsmart/Petco grooming that I would never take my furbaby there
