I do tails and dewclaws at 3 days if the baby is over 2 ounces. I have not found that the puppy suffers excessively..they do hate being turned on their backs and that is how I hold them. No bleeding and they are right back with mom.
These little Biewer/parti puppies I now have are a dream to care for. No cosmetic surgeries and they are sooooo cute.. Sorry, I digress. They do not practice any cosmetic surgeries in Europe now on any breed. |
