I would make sure that they have a separate vet tech monitoring her anesthesia. Even if you have to pay extra it is worth it because many bad situations happen when the vet is doing the surgery and monitoring the anesthesia at the same time. My 2 girls under 3 lbs were spayed and did fine with an experienced vet and a vet tech to monitor. Good Luck!!
