I just meant that it seems like she can be tough...but she is also a sweet and pretty little lady! After reading that definition I realize that I have a "rough-tough cream-puff" of my own...(Lolita!!!!!)..haha!
p.s. My Mom used to call me that all the time...should I offended???? lol
