She was a regular chatter box and told me many stories of what all she has been going through and what she had seen when she was getting ready to go into surgery. We walked around a little bit. She is taking small steps but she moves out pretty well. The doctors continue to be amazed at her speedy recovery. Michelle has a huge zipper scar from the middle of the back of her head all the way part way down her neck. Her neck and throat are still swollen but she said it was much worse a few days ago. Her throbbing headache is gone and her vision is much better. I know she still has a long haul ahead of her but we are all optimistic that she will beat this.

I just spoke to Michelle and she is now home......YEAH!!!!!! She said they were frantically trying to clear out the hospital because of the storm coming. Michelle will have to go back in two weeks to be checked out. We do know they will do another cat scan or mri and then decide if she will need radiation. We will continue to pray that she will heal and grow stronger each day. It has been amazing and it is all because of everyone's support and prayers. Thank you all so much.
From one Mom to another I cannot tell you how happy I am to hear this. For Michelle to be rid of that terrible headache must make her feel like now I do this and fight to get back my strength and to see you was just the medicine Dr's cannot prescribe but know that it's the medicine that works wonders. Bless you all. Hugs, Joan
