My name is Melissa and I used to come here frequently, got sick and ended up ridiculously busy ad now back into the swing of things
Anyway I took my two-year-old little boy (Bubba) to get his rabies shot today. Normally when he gets a shot he takes it like the strong little boy he is and doesn't whimper. The technician brought him out, I asked how he did, and she said she was impressed because he didn't yelp, as always

Anyway, tonight, if you touch him near the upper fatty part of his back leg, he either yelps or snaps at you. My question is, is that where they give the shots? I haven't seen them given before, they usually take him out of the room to do it. He is walking fine and is somewhat playful...but if you come near that spot on his leg, he yelps or snaps. I am tempted to call the vet tomorrow to ask them.
Sorry, I tend to get really paranoid when it comes to him
